By accessing or using Veylora (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Veylora provides AI-generated personal color analysis and styling guidance for entertainment and informational purposes. Results are subjective recommendations, not professional styling, medical, or expert advice.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age to form a binding contract.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via your Paddle customer portal (paddle.net); access continues through the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled per our Refund Policy.
The Service, including its design, branding, copy, visual identity, color systems, and AI-generated output templates, is owned by Tamar Mkurnalidze MA MSc, trading as Veylora, or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
"Veylora", the Veylora wordmark, and the Veylora logo are unregistered trademarks (™) of Tamar Mkurnalidze MA MSc. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, frame, scrape, or create derivative works of the Service or its trademarks without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal penalties.
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use your results for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for verifying their suitability before acting on them. Veylora is not a substitute for professional advice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veylora and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
