Professional profile

I lead end-to-end online store operations for a fashion & lifestyle brand in Salzburg — owning Shopify, the Klaviyo CRM programme, merchandising, campaign preparation, lifecycle marketing and the cross-functional rhythm that ties them together. My work sits between commercial strategy and operational execution: I translate seasonal objectives into weekly plans, and weekly plans into shipped work.

Before this, I built more than a decade of practical experience across customer experience, international programmes, NGO leadership and fashion retail — three countries, four working languages, and a consistent focus on making complex operations predictable. I combine that operational track with an analytical background: an MA in Political Science (University of Salzburg) and an MSc in Public Policy and Administration, with published research on women in politics and entrepreneurship.

Alongside my role, I design and build AI-assisted digital products end-to-end — a discipline that keeps me close to the tools reshaping commerce, and to the trade-offs between speed, quality and scope.

Alongside my work in e-commerce and digital operations, I write about women, power, memory, political participation, and resistance. This interest grows from my academic background, research, publications, and earlier work in women's rights and nonprofit initiatives. These essays are collected in Women & Resistance.
